Ceci est formellement interdit. Nous avons refusé. Il nous a demandé de partir en refusant d’annuler la réservation. Nous avons donc dû payer un second hôtel sans pouvoir se faire rembourser. "Difficult to find at first. Arriving at front desk the lobby was full of people making a lot of noise. Check in seemed to take ages and they tried to charge 150 Rupees to send a c form. Room I was given was next to lobby area so lots of noise all day and night. The light from the lobby was also annoying. The sheets, pillows and towel all had stains and didn't look washed. AC didn't work. "
