"Arrived to find they opened the hotel just for us. The last guest was in November 2014. No electricity, no wifi, no television, no shower just a bucket with water out of a tap. Covered in pigeon poo the smell was terrible. Checked out of the hotel did not stay. The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Hotels. Com were fab. Make sure we were taken care off. "Very nice hotel for a good value. Friendly service, comfortable and nice rooms, everything in great working order. Two terrific options for meals, and the pool and cabanas are lovely—the perfect way to while away a few hours in the afternoon. It’s also a very easy, 10-minute walk into town."

"Overall the hotel was decent for the area and convenient for our travels tourist places around. The staff was friendly and cooperative as well. Family room that I booked was spacious however a bit over priced for that area. The hot/ freshly made breakfast items were good like dosa, chole kulcha. What I didn't like mostly is the smelly surrounding as observed on the first day of our check-in. Same smell was in the room's bathroom as well. The smell had gone away on the 2nd day. Also, the breakfast counter had few items that tasted stale/cold like masala idli, paratha, steamed idli as reported to the Chef and other staff. I also had reported to the attending staff the hair strand I got in serving spoon and live cockroach on the dining table. Overall, cleanliness and breakfast quality is something the staff should work on further to make the first experience great for your customers. Thank you for the service!"

"I stayed at this property for a night with my parents. Really cordial and polite staff always ready to serve. We wanted to eat proper Rajasthani dinner which was not available on the menu that night. When we requested if it can be cooked, the chef went out of the way to cook an elaborate meal just for the three of us and within a couple of hours we had the best soul food ever. I recommend this place for its proximity to the lake, supportive staff, heritage architecture & experience, and cleanliness of the rooms and other areas. "
