"I liked that the property was in a very rural area so I saw the real Jamaica . But I also had some creature comforts at beyond sunset. The staff were lovely and helpful. The place was in a beautiful spot and well maintained even though they were still recovering from the recent hurricane. "

However the hot water did not work the whole 2 weeks of my stay, which i was very disappointed in also my last week there was no internet which left me feeling a little stranded. Would stay again if hotwater was fixed."

"My 21-day stay at Casa da Buena Vista was wonderful. It is located in a very nice neighbourhood that is within walking distance to town. I enjoyed breakfast in the garden while watching and listening to birds, including hummingbirds and canaries. The host, Richard, was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The grounds are very peaceful and beautiful. Every day was a good day- for 21 days."
