"We booked a one-night stay at Norton Grange Hotel while attending a friend’s birthday party nearby and opted for a privilege room at a very reasonable rate. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Our stay included access to the leisure facilities and spa, which was a wonderful bonus. The room itself was well-equipped with everything we needed – a fully stocked fridge with soft drinks, a Nespresso machine, and even toiletries like toothbrushes and shavers, in case we had forgotten anything. Breakfast was perfect, with a buffet offering a wide variety of options. We requested poached eggs, which the staff happily prepared fresh for us. The checkout time of 12 PM gave us a little extra time to enjoy the spa before leaving – the perfect way to end our stay. I only wish we had more time to make the most of it, but unfortunately, we had to rush back for my son’s football match. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend Norton Grange Hotel for a relaxing and comfortable getaway! "

"The bedroom was clean and tidy. The bed was a super king size and was super comfortable. The pub was very nice and the bar and serving staff were very helpful, customer service was excellent. "

"My stay was amazing, the staff were friendly and willing to help whenever asked. My daughter is in hospital in North Manchester General so i didnt actually spend much time at the hotel, however breakfast and evening meal consumed, the sea bass and king prawn linguine was amazing tho it did need seasoning, breakfast was ok, though i like my black pudding sliced thicker that way its crispy on the outside but still soft in the middle allowing you to actually taste it. Servers very friendly and polite and took comments back to the chef. My daughter is up here for a while so will be a weekly 3 nightly stop for me"

"This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time we visited the East Lancashire Railway, this time we had an event at the AO arena in Manchester. It’s a 7 minute drive into Bury. Park at the metro station and into Manchester. Staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel is modern, the showers are great. The family room is spacious. Plenty of spaces in the car park. We will come back and stay here again. "
