"It seemed as if some of the security lights and cameras were in need of repair. Fortunately I was able to park near my room and in a very well lit area. Some areas of the building and parking lot are in total darkness. Overall, a good place for a nights rest. Vending machines near office are clean and well stocked with a variety of items, from snacks/drinks, to toiletries and health items."

"I stayed in room 200 for the entire week and the HVAC did not get fixed. I ran the heating system the entire week I was there and the room never gotten heated up. I reported the issue and still nothing happened so I suffered being cold for the whole week I was there. Also the face towels the cleaning people leaves behind looks like they've been wiping up oil or something. "

"The title says it all. The property is located at the heart of Austin. We walked everywhere in the city. The staff was friendly and the apartment is well-equipped and spacious. We had noisy lodgers upstairs for the first 2 nights which is not the hotel's fault; however, it is worth noting that sound travels between floors. The big question is 'Would I stay here again?' The answer is Yes."
