"This is a fantastic property on an awesome piece of real estate. not quite snow on the beach but it was raining hard and very very windy when we arrived. We knew it was winter in New Zealand and that we had a beach property so not unexpected. Great location to go see everything from the mud pools/geysers in Rotorua, Hobbiton movie set close to Katikati and even Mount Maunganui (awesome views).
