Servicen var inte som jag förväntat mig. När det gäller måltider. Incheckningen var också ok. Romen var ok och städservice var ok. Servicen vid baren var sämst. Som ett hotell med fem stjärnor borde vara mycket bättre. Saknades trevlighet av personalen som jobbar där. Skulle inte rekommendera den hotell för någon annan vän. Hälsningar Ramiza.

Wir sind nicht zufrieden, so ein Grosse Hotel: 2 Sauna, 1 war Ganze Urlaubszeit Defekt, Dampfsauna Ganze zeit Defekt, Teppich in Korridor überall Kaput (Unfallgefahr, Durchbrausen überall Kaput, Schalter überall defekt, Teller immer dreckig, Tücher zu alt, Animation und Show zu Amateur und ganze zeit nur Russisch. Lauf Wege überall Unfallgefahr!. Der Hotel ist nicht mal für 4 Sterne . Nicht zu empfehlen für eine 5 Sterne . Achtung
