Le logement est super bien placé !! Mais la propreté est à revoir, les ustensiles de cuisine avec des restes de nourriture. La baignoire est insalubre. Je suis allé voir la réception pour leur expliquer que la vaisselle était sale. Et une femme du personnel est rentré sans qu’on lui ouvre la porte dans notre appartement pour changer une casserole.

Sehr freundliche und kundenorientierte Inhaber, Zimmer sind Drecklöcher. Auf der Hinreise haben wir unseren Flug verpasst. Wir sind dadurch sehr spät angekommen. Die Inhaberin ist extra bis 1:45 Uhr in der Nacht wachgeblieben, damit wir noch in unser Zimmer kommen. Dafür zwei Sterne Aufwertung, ansonsten wäre die Bewertung auf einen Stern abgefallen. Das Zimmer war extrem schmutzig bei unserer Ankunft. Sämtliches Geschirr musste zuerst gespült werden, die Töpfe mit Edelstahl Spiralen geschrupt werden. In sämtlichen Ritzen und teilweise auch auf den Flächen hingen Krusten von Lebensmitteln. Der Spiegel im Schlafzimmer war milchig weiß. Zuerst dachten wir der wäre alt, bis ein Kind mit dem Finger hängen blieb und eine breite Spur zu erkennen war. Waschtisch und Toilette im Bad hatten dicke Schlieren. Unter sämtlichen Möbeln waren Haare und dick Staub. Die Füße wurden vom Fliesenboden (nicht übertrieben) schmutziger, als vom Barfußlaufen draußen auf dem Asphalt. Eine Unverschämtheit, eine Wohnung so zu übergeben. Das Putzpersonal war zum teil sehr unfreundlich. Wer gerne zuerst Grundreinigt, dem kann ich das Haus empfehlen. Ist halt Recht günstig.

Positivo: Vicino al mare e in una posizione strategica per visitare posti interessanti. Addetta alla reception cordiale. Economico. Negativo: Appartamento sporco e maleodorante. Armadi inutilizzabili per l'odore. Prenotato per 6 persone ma un letto aveva 2 doghe rotte e l'altra un lettino pieghevole scomodo. La cucina non e' accessoriata ma ha solo un tegame piccolo e un padellino e non c'era neppure un bicchiere a testa. Per niente soddisfatta.

Huge, clean apartment. Basic, and could do with a bit of updating but all you need. If you want 4 star Arcos Playa isn't for you, but it you want a great base at a great price, this is the place is perfect. Staff are very friendly and helpful Food in the bar is great value. Very close to the gorgeous beach. Hotel pool not huge, but good for a dip and children love it with the enclosed shallow part for them. The rooms above the pool and bar area are quite noisy with the evening entertainment, but that's not a problem if you are downstairs enjoying the fun. We will definitely be going back.

Das Apartement war 3 Minuten vom Strand entfernt.
Große Zimmer, etwas spärlich eingerichtet. Großer Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir waren neun Tage dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Am Abend war es bis 24 Uhr durch die im Erdgeschoß stattfindenden Veranstaltungen etwas laut.
