"The hosts were fabulous and blew is away with their welcome pack but is not suitable to sleep 4. Everything is just in one room and there's only seating for 2 unless you want to sit on a bar stool. The layout also needs rethinking because at one point my wife was in bed having a cup of tea and waved to the hosts as they pulled up in their car. If they switched the sofa and bed you'd get more privacy and be able to watch the tv from the sofa. Otherwise, it was great. Would recommend for a couple."

"Exceeded expectations. The photos cannot capture the true glory of the setting: an extended log cabin nestling in a large grassy area, surrounded by forest. We had beautiful weather, which helped, but even if the weather hadn't been so good I think we would still have had a great stay. "The hut on the hill is stunning, as is the barn. The owners Mandy & David provided everything you could possibly need. Fresh white fluffy towels & dressing gowns/ eggs/ milk/ cake/ bread and a bed/ bowl/ leads& treats for our dogs. The hot tub was a wonderful temperature. The bed was comfy and the shower & loo brill. Both the hut and barn were decorated beautifully and all mod cons provided. The scenery was stunning & peaceful. Thanku to the owners soo lovely !"

"We really enjoyed our stay, The shepherds hut exceeded our expectations, well equipped, cosy and in a great private location overlooking the forest. The hut was so lovely and warm with central heating and a log burner, the bed was comfortable, and the fixtures and fittings looked brand new. Also the rainfall shower was a lovely surprise. Would recommend and will be back for another visit. Thank you"

"The apartment was very clean and tidy in a nice area. About 15 minutes walk from Cardiff Bay, and 20 minutes from the city. Half a mile from Cardiff Bay station with good train links to various places. We had couple of issues when we arrived but they were sorted out quickly by helpful staff. It was a shame we didn't have a view from the balcony but we were on the ground floor. More cutlery and crockery would be useful, especially as there is a dishwasher in the apartment ( two teaspoons...
