"Beautiful scenery. Very spacious. The one thing I would suggest is having a small refrigerator downstairs and maybe consider connecting those downstairs rooms to the upper part of the house. We had some of oir family in the 2 rooms downstairs and they had to walk out of the main house to get to thosth"

"Mom's 70th B'day in PR was great! Water/Cable issues. Julie could've responded quicker. My aunt had to call on my behalf (she’s from PR) it was handled. Suite was comfortable & clean. 3rd fl walk up made Shopping a chore. (Not for older ppl) Grounds well kept,secure. Pool and lazy river was being serviced. Everyone on the Aquatika Grounds was nice ( fresh coconuts) the area is poor and not walkable you need a car. But there’s plenty to do on the grounds. Overall the penthouse and the property ...

"The location and area are excellent, the condo was very comfortable and provided many of the amenities to make this an enjoyable visit and stay. There were however some limitations in terms of access to some of the community areas which we were not made aware of and this was surprising. It did affect our expectations of access to close parking to the beach and community pool areas. These areas are not accessible to guests unless escorted by the property owner. We have stayed in this community...
