"Lovely, comfortable lakeside cottage with beautiful views. Watching the full moon reflect over the lake was very special. Well-equipped cottage and plenty of space for us. Quiet location and safe spaces for the children to play. It was possible to swim, kayak or fish at the lake. Bikes rented locally were good fun. There were also lots of things to see and do in the area. Friendly, helpful landlord who provided good information about the property. We are really looking forward to staying here...

"Great facility. Only complaint was check-in. They do not have someone on site so they posted a phone number to call, but being from Canada we only had data and no ability to call so we had someone next door call them and then given a code to enter. They should email you the code to enter a day or two before arrival."

"The hotel had a home town feel. The staff was helpful, informative, and friendly. They knew my name and made me feel welcome. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The rate was quite reasonable. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I will be coming back to this hotel next year."
