Hotel staff were true professionals who made us feel welcomed. Finally had a chance to enjoy the Spa as well! Lots of local restaurants as you walk towards Bund. Highly recommend."

In addition, hotel prepared a cake and special juice at the room for our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We were so happy and deeply appreciated this hotel's excellent service.
