Such a very cozy place, appreciated every detail down to having relaxing music playing upon our arrival and our names written on the welcome sign next to the door! Will look to stay here again when in the area again. I've stayed at other properties very closeby and the hosts and accommodations here are superior in every way!"

"We just needed it for a one night stay. Wish the drive there was smoother but knew what we were getting into. Only recommendation would be updating accommodations from sleeps 4 to sleeps 3 as there’s only one queen bed and a twin bed. Host was great about communicating and allowing us to check in a little early "

"Rough start, the code had been changed by the manager, but the door was left unlocked, so we initially got right in. When we locked the door and then came back to the property, suddenly we were locked out. It was after dinner and late in the evening. We had to try and get ahold of the host, which took about 1.5 hours. Ultimately, we were given the new code and they brought us a lovely gift basket the next day as an apology. We appreciated the gift basket and understand how the problem happened....

"Place was super cute with a western vibe. Surroundings were very pretty & it was within a short drive of everything we wanted to do in Waco. Owner was extremely responsive to questions & even provided some awesome personal touches to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend this place & would definitely stay here again."
