"We had a flight canceled due to cyclone in Auckland. We were rebooked 2 days later. We had 3 days booked at Lomani. Expedia had spoke to them, I messaged the resort 4 times, but they still called us a no show and canceled whole stay, including last the night we could have used. No refund or credit. And they never messaged me back once."

The house is thoughtfully designed with lots of space, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms ,living and sleeping spaces swimming pool + pool toys, TV and DVDs books etc. It is the owners holiday house so there was everything you need for a holiday+ the resort facilities are available for a fee and its an easy walk to buy food at the store or eat in the cafe and restaurants at...
