"Fantastic property. The Tivoli Hotel is exceptionally clean and hospitable. The staff is very cordial and attentive. The sauna and pool are clean and, most importantly, free. The food is out of this world. I’m from the US and used to the mediocrity of service and quality. For the affordable cost, this hotel is the best place I ever stayed. Can’t give a better review. "We needed to store some luggage while making a side trip and Wesley was kind enough to measure the lockers to ensure it would fit our bags. Really above and beyond! And it worked our perfectly. We stowed our bags for a few days and they were secure until we could pick them up again. Great service. Also close to the airport!"

"Room very small but offered all the comforts plus a beautiful sky view. Very clean. The only weird thing, that I didn't understand, was all lactose free at the breakfast. I would have preferred a yoghurt with his " fermenti lattici vivi ". Smiling was an effort for the staff but available anyway."

"We stayed for 2 nights Family 2 adults and 1 child We had a junior suite which provided excellent space! Beds were really comfortable even the sofa bed! Views were amazing from our room. Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choice and my daughter loved the waffle station as you could make your own! Suggest to go there early as it does get busy! Staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I did not get her name but the lady who was working both evenings we stayed was super helpful as I did not realise the 1st of January the hotel restaurant would be closed. But then all of Copenhagen was ordering delivery! Great little restaurant across the street called Fredas. Danish food, large portions so go hungry!! Location was great as only a 5-10 minute walk from Copenhagen Central station and another 2-3 min walk from Vesterport station which is on the main metro lines. Will definitely be returning. "
