"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"5 star hotel holiday ⭐️ We loved spending 5 nights here for our summer holiday in September. Location was really nice being around 25 min easy drive from Palma Airport and we hired a car so it was a great central base to visit lots of towns on the island (Soller, Deia, Valldemossa, Pollenca, Alcudia, Palma etc) parking was really easy at a little car park down the road and you just had to walk up the hill to the hotel.
