"I expect higher standards at Shangri-La, decor in lobby old fashion, suite upgrade was required in order to access room early, room lovely however daily clean was poor and carpets not cleaned. Disappointed while waiting for suite access at 6am we were first refused breakfast until next day however after complaining I was given breakfast. The property is beautiful and has multiple dining and bar options. Special thank you to the bar staff at Blue Bar who provided interesting insight into how they make their drinks! "Front desk was very fast in check in. Vidyuth was very helpful in making the necessary arrangements. Ensured all luggages were sent to hotel rooms while we left for shopping as it was not check in time yet. It was completely hassel free which saved alot of time. Breakfast was filled with variety and wirh live kitchen serving hot food. Nearby Iskon temple and shopping area. Very convinient. Overall very satisfied. "
