"Front desk was very fast in check in. Vidyuth was very helpful in making the necessary arrangements. Ensured all luggages were sent to hotel rooms while we left for shopping as it was not check in time yet. It was completely hassel free which saved alot of time. Breakfast was filled with variety and wirh live kitchen serving hot food. Nearby Iskon temple and shopping area. Very convinient. Overall very satisfied. "

"It started with a poor chek-in, where internet coverage was too bad and room was not very clean. in the new room internet coverage was better as modem was nearby. However the room was not looking fresh. The towel set was really bad (which was replaced later). The Display in the TV was full of lines and the mechanic told, it was like that in every room. "The room which was supposed to be the best in class was pretty ordinary but it would have been ok if things were working 1. The tv had no audio (starts with good audio and in 30 seconds goes mute) it’s a very tiny screen for the room in any case 2. Lights in the room and shower flickered constantly was not for faint of heart very scary 3. Service was poor had to ask multiple times for a basic towel we were three and only two towels were provided it was so slow that we had to share a towel 4....
