"The property is quite nice with some level of privacy which is really amazing, great value for money!The location is very convenient,15 min drive from Malindi Airport ( depending on the roads condition ). We had some low points though ,like blackouts -very disappointing as food in the refrigerator got spoiled on two occasions!, edge reception upon checkin , irritating beach boys, and NO PRIVATE BEACH! also the air conditioning system wasnt working most times. It is not at the location on google maps and the telephone number is out of service. Even hotels.com could not contact the hotel. I even returned in the morning in daylight to see if I could find the place and no nothing there! The whole experience was distressing and now I am faced with getting a refund which I am assured by hotels com...
