"We had the most wonderful time at the Villa. I would recommend getting the location sent a head so you can load it as a saved location in GPS. The roads and addresses in general are not well marked. We enjoyed the privacy of the location and 4 bedrooms offered. The 3rd bathroom is designed for accessibility, iso no shower curtain or stall, but the same fixture and water pressure as the other restrooms, so we made full use of it for those in the downstairs bedrooms. "Adverts across various sites needs attention all have discrepancies Vrbo advert doesnt mention property CCTV noticed signs on arrival owner has remote access he advised Vrbo didnt offer option to list. Other sites ie Airbnb do mention however agents own website doesnt & they control content He was happy to disconnect during my stay Other sites refer to villa being brand new it isnt, several yrs old & tired, would benefit from decoration, fixing kitchen cabinet & restaining sunloungers & cushion...

"Stunning view of the Souda Bay. Very private location. Great property. Overall a very positive experience. The only negative comments i would say relate too the remote roadway leading to the property which was single track and at places steep. Taxi drivers were not always keen to access the location. Also getting off the single track road onto the main highway was not for the faint hearted."

"Nice small beach in walking distance, but the absolute highlight is the pool. Palm trees give shadow in the morning and later afternoon and the separate but connected part for kids who can swim makes it so relaxing. We were ther with 4 kids, 2 of whom could swim and it was just relaxing. AC in every room, just perfect."

"The villa had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing break. The location is a little isolated so a car is definitely needed, and with it being so hot walking to village wasn’t a good idea! Armenoi is a few mins drive away, Kiosky is a lovely little coffee shop with gorgeous treats. Kalyves has a lovely beach, 10 mins drive with beach bars and restaurants. For some really big waves, we headed to Episkopi beach. Lake Kournas is worth a visit too (but go early). The pool was a welcome relief...
