"Great airport hotel. Gteat staff."

"This was my fourth time staying here. It is quiet and convenient for traveling by plane and train. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. This time I arrived by long distance train and was disappointed that the elevators were not functioning. As a 71 year old traveling alone with two suitcases I find using fast moving escalators to be difficult and dangerous as I came very close to falling while getting on more than once. Also the small barricades in front only add to the difficulty and serve no purpose that I can see. "

"The Steigenberger is my go to for an overnight at the airport. I get my VIP room upgrade every time and the rooms are very good. I especially like the bathroom. The bus runs regularly to the airport and makes it so easy."

"We stayed overnight in a family room which has quite a decent size. T2 is 30 minutes walking distance. Really convenient. "

"This is the best and easiest hotel to stay at when you are traveling via train and flying in and out of Frankfurt. I can’t believe that I literally walked off the train and went up an escalator to the hotel. I will never stay another place again when flying in and out of Frankfurt. My only suggestion is to have phone charging stations for each bed "
