"We had a suite with a kitchen and bathroom. 5 people could sleep in this suite. Everything was modern. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was typical Italian breakfast (lots of sweets, cheese, sausage). The mattress and pillows were horrible (really hard). Parking space at hotel are sparse and only for small cars."

"We stayed between 10th-16th August 2024 and we were so happy we got to stay at this hotel when we booked last minute. We were lucky enough that the only room left was superior double (room 22, 3rd floor) and was blown away by the view from the balcony, the photos do not do it justice! "Only stayed for one night enroute to Tuscany but it was just lovely. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Although the kitchen had closed we were offered some lite bites, which were perfect, as was our table by the side of the lake. Before retiring we enjoyed a promenade along the lake and breakfast the following morning was plentiful - great omelettes. "

"Nice friendly staff. Room was very hot. Informed reception that AC wasn’t working only to be told that it’s only switched on in July & August. I pointed out that it’s advertised as having AC on Expedia & she replied, we have no communication with Expedia, but all tour operators are aware. Had to sleep with the doors open onto communal area. Food, particularly breakfast was very poor quality & decided to eat out most days despite being half board. Would not go back. Avoid. "
