"Lovely original French farmhouse in a quiet rural part of France. House was exceptionally well equipped and larger than the photos indicate. Especially liked the large, well cared for pool and the various outside seating areas that allowed for lots of outdoor meals. Nearby town, only 15mins drive has some nice local shops for croissants etc. if we can, we would like to go back one day"

"This property and its grounds really are as attractive as shown in the photographs . The owner Bruno has done a first class job at restoring the rural charm of his traditional stone house. Although he lives next door, we had total privacy, except for the times he brought round much welcome vegetables and herbs from his garden. Nothing was too much trouble. The location overall is so tranquil it’s easy to de-stress almost immediately - we felt we’d never slept better. There’s plenty to see and...

"We stayed at Le Petit Soyc in August 2023. This is a fantastic villa. Accommodation is very comfortable. Plenty of room for 8 of us with room to spare. The layout is superb. The kitchen is big, modern and well equipped. The outdoor dining area is really good. The swimming pool, pool house and shade is also spot on. We had a fantastic stay. Temperature was over 40 degrees! Local area is peaceful and beautiful. I would definitely recommend 100%. Property owner is as fantastic as the villa!"

Mais ce n'est pas pour cela que l'on vient à la Baudette, c'est pour son calme, sa tranquilité et sa piscine pour se raffraichir ! Cerise sur le gateau, son hôte Isabelle très accueillante et arrangeante. Je recommande chaudement !"
