"The property was excellent and there was some refurb activity going on but it was done quietly and quickly and the trades people were lovely and polite. The hotel staff were all excellent and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There was always someone on hand and available so you never had to look for someone to assist. Couldn't fault anything the rooms were great and lovely and clean and attentive staff. Would definitely stay here again."

"We did not stayed there. Upon arrival they informed us that our room had flooded. But they had pre arranged for us to stay in a super close hotel across the street. They were very nice and we did not have issues at the other hotel."
