"Located far from city, near a port. Check-in was fast and staff were polite and friendly. Room was of good size with 2 single and a bunk bed for 3 adults. Comfortable and clean. "We had a fantastic stay here with our two year old and four month old. The baths were great and also had a sauna and cold pool, and the room was very clean and comfortable. "What I liked about the hotel was that it had its own sand covering experience because Kagoshima is known for this experience but usually at another location. The thing that I didn’t like was the fact that the bathtub water faucet was leaking water and making the bathtub dirty. Also if you are not use to sleeping on tatami style bedding it’s going to be hard to get a good sleep. "
