"The family who own the property were so welcoming, chatty and very helpful. They booked a trip to the Samaria gorge for us, gave advice on beaches, walks and buses to Chania. The property and pool area was very clean and hosed down daily. The rooms were spotless. We would recommend staying here."

"Host Joseph could not do enough for you. From staying up to greet us on arrival (due to late night flight) , providing a kettle and bigger towels when requested and even sharing fresh gigs from his garden. Location is amazing, nice restaurant opposite, supermarket 3 mins walk and beach an additional 3 mins. Rooms refreshed and cleaned everyday at your convenience. "

"When we visit our family in Crete, we usually rent a home. I have decided that I prefer to stay in Daratsos because of its proximity to Chania (town and the Old Harbour) as well as Agia Marina. This home, Villa Anva, was probably the best one we have stayed in so far. It sits on a hill, and you have beautiful views to the sea. "Myself and four others spent a week at this property where we were warmly welcomed by the property owners, who dropped by once or twice during our stay to make sure everything was running smoothly.
