"Booked through Expedia, arrived at 3 AM to a room full of insect bombs and dead cockroaches. Was told it wasn’t the hotel’s fault because it was a private renter’s unit, and if I wanted a clean room, I had to pay more. Got kicked out by 10 AM anyway. Honestly, just a perfect way to start a trip. Thanks for the nightmare fuel."

"We had a terrible experience. The hotel looks nothing like it does o the site. It’s completely run down. The hospitality is poor. Uncomfortable beds. The rooms and toilets are dirty. The fridge looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, there were dead cockroaches in the fridge. Instead of apologising the receptionist made excuses about how the pictures on the site are old pictures and that the place is being renovated, when we asked her why the misrepresentation because if there were accurate images it’d allow us a fair chance to choose whether or not to book the place, she responded and sarcastically said, “where would you guys go”. We moved out before completing our two day stay there. I wouldn’t recommend that spot to anyone. Furthermore when you book it says there’s free breakfast included. There’s nothing like that!"

"Lovely property close to Malelane gate. The people who work here really make it feel like you’re visiting friendly relatives. It was a beautiful , restful stay for my kids and I. We enjoyed the lovely meals from the restaurant, the ambiance and view were also superb. Fun pool- the kids pool is super for young kids too. "
