The house was tidy, had an excellent layout, and was well appointed with utensils, appliances etc. Being right beside a right of way to the beach is a real plus with kids, and there’s no excuse for not going for a morning walk! "We enjoyed our stay in this property once the check in issues were sorted out. Book-a-bach dropped the ball with check-in which took over 2hrs and was not complete until the next morning. Having said that, all the issues we encountered were not the fault of the house, so as long as Book-a-Bach sorts these, then I would highly recommend this home. It is a good size, even with just 2 bedrooms, we had 4 adults and 4 kids (sleeping in the lounge on the couches) and it didn't feel too small, AMAZING...

"Great location, close to beach and shops, plenty of space for everyone. Good to have the garage to use, neighborus are close but friendly. Odd set up with bathroom doors that back on to each other, so had to be careful to make sure one door closed before opening the other. Lovely lounge and windows that open up. Only issue would be that there were only three tumbler style glasses, otherwise all wine glasses and shot glasses. A few more would have been nice. No kitchen cloth supplied, tried...

But thanks to the owner and Homeaway who pulled through in at the last minute I was able to relax. The Batch is beautiful, location is prime easily accessable to the Mount and Tauranga. The beach on your doorstep and the deck just made everything. Thank you so much for making my weekend."
