"I was looking for a central place to stay with diving in mind. View was fantastic and it is below 2000 feet.So very clean and having shampoo and conditioner was so helpful. Yes, there are chickens and dueling feral roosters that start crowing about 3am, close the windows worked well for us, nice and cool by then. Will be back if available again!So"

"This suite was EXCELLENT for our family of 6. Short drive to Waikoloa, Hapuna and Spencer's Beach and only 30 min drive to Costco. GREAT location! The resort pool, tennis courts, ping pong table, fuse ball and large chess/checkers were a hit with it kids! Loved having access to the Waikoloa Community pool where I could swim lengths in the morning and could also hang out with the kids during the day. Will totally stay here again. "

"The property was all it was claimed. We had planned this family vacation to celebrate our 70th birthdays and upcoming 50th anniversary. The house was wonderful. The information provided ahead of our trip was magnificent and accurate. Thanks for a fun vacation and a week full of great memories. There was a total of 6 adults and 2 grown teens. "The house had plenty of room to accommodate our party of 15 adults. The views off the back lanais are indescribable. Dolphins were a giving us some morning entertainment on one of our mornings there. We drove a little way down to Hapuna Beach and saw sea turtles. "The house was everything we needed..plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms..and with a drop dead view and breezes. Walkable to town with a shuttle stop just down the street. Everyone enjoyed the spa and feeding the eels (they finished off the lunch meat and bread on checkout). The owner was super helpful and very responsive.Hated to leave and would love to go back."

"We had a wonderful time at the Condo while in Kona. A great location to multiple amenities and the host was fantastic. There were many supplies provided and the condo is in great shape. Pool is maybe 150 feet away with a couple of grills that were nice. "

"House is roomy with large dining and living spaces. Kitchen is very small with outdated appliances and few amenities. The decks are nice and the pool is large and fairly warm for the size without a heater. The views are spectacular and the location is great. The beds needed to be upgraded, but the bathrooms are nice. The downstairs unit required a good airing out and the house became exceptionally warm in the afternoons. "This place is a real gem! Private deck overlooking the sea where whales are jumping, the waves crash into the pool and the landscaping is breathtaking. the pool is warm the closet hid a bed and there were tvs in the master bedroom and the living/dining room area. the dishwasher was dirty inside and some of the plates were not cleaned well but the views and quiet and ease of access to downtown and sight seeing was worth a few seconds of dish scrubbing. What a pleasure to stay in such a nice place...
