"We booked this hotel for 5 nights after seeing reviews online thinking it would be a luxury hotel. The property is very tired, sometimes our A/C and power were not working, elevator not working and there are a lot of stairs. We booked our 90 mins at the lemon spa, the steam room was not operable, and it was basically just a small sauna and shower so we did not stay. The valet staff would be the best service that we would mention, both very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the...
