"The hotel was beautiful, but what made it so special was the staff. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and made to feel special and welcomed with open arms, and a freshly squeezed lemon drink. The dining dinner menu created by Chef Andre was exquisite. From appetizers to deserts and everything in between we were always amazed at the mouth watering taste's. Our server Mauro made the experience even more fantastic with his attention to details, his friendliness and knowledge and his ability to fully communicate in English was fabulous. He was also so helpful in helping me improve my Italian. We loved the dining experience so much that we simply chose this to be our regular dinner restaurant for our entire stay in the area. And then the entire concierge team was extraordinary in guiding us not only to local attractions, but also to our future destination stops in Italy. I can’t say enough about Carmelo who gave us so much information about our next stops with suggestions on must see towns, tours and restaurants. He is one of the most fascinating and friendly person you will ever meet with incredible knowledge of Italy. For an absolute fabulous stay in or around Salerno area I highly recommend the Relais Paradiso. "

"This is the most amazing property that we, two families totaling a group of seven people stayed for our two and a half week trip to Europe. We stayed in nine different properties and this is one of the best properties we stayed in by far. The kitchen and the wood burning grill along with the outdoor dining is set up perfectly for making a lovely family meal! The upper deck is prefect for a morning coffee overlooking the sea. The pool is the piece de resistance for everyone involved. We arrived and the temperature outside was cold but the pool was heated to perfection. Communication, check in and check out was a breeze. Anyone even thinking about staying here please do. We would have requested the meal prep but our husbands love to cook so they prepared a fantastic family meal in the lovely kitchen and on the wood fire grill! "

"Fantastic holiday full of great memories! Giorgia, was easily contactable, supporting us with all our needs, it is impossible to find criticism of her kindness and willingness to help 10/10. The accommodation had beautiful views at a wonderful location but not suitable for anyone who is not fit and able bodied. There are a lot of steps and a busy narrow road without a footpath down to the town. If you don't mind the steps and walk then I would highly recommend this holiday location."
