"Great value for the price. When I woke up at 6:00 I got in the shower and water was cold. I let it run for 10 minutes and it didn’t get any hotter. I called the desk and described my issue and the response was this person repeating “ELO” over and over. 10 minutes later the water got warm enough to take a cold cold shower. The bed sheets and pillow cases were clean as was the room. There was one big wood roach hanging on the wall but he didn’t bother me. "

"I do stay at this particular location often because it's affordable, the rooms are clean enough for a night or so and they at least have okay cable and HBO. The cable does lose signal frequently which gets aggravating if you're actually into watching. But my last day I forgot a pillow of my own and housekeeping and maintenance and management have no idea what happened to it and has given me the runaround for almost a week. "The hotel is not the best but it was kept clean and all common areas were clean. It was odd that we had to sign out an extra sheet for our bed and the night time staff wasn’t very helpful when it came to answering our questions. We stayed 2 nights and while the rest of the hotel was ok, the beds were HORRIBLE. We both woke up with a backache. "First room we had was loaded with roaches.. So I went downstairs and the hotel clerk was so nice she called her boss immediately and issued us another room wish they would’ve gave me a discount for the inconvenience but other than that the hotel is not bad floors could’ve been mopped they were a bit dirty and the WiFi only seemed to work well at night… overall I give the hotel 6/10"
