"Only first floor rooms was nice. Would not allow me to cancel final day due to change in plans, not a fan. Also, I usually travel and meet friends. They would not allow visitors after 8pm. We usually go to a concert and socialize after, way later than 8pm. This was not disclosed until we arrived."

"Slow staff that works on their own time. Also yelling through the halls at 9 am waking ALL guests on our floor. Didn’t have an option to put out a do not disturb sign, so of course we were woke by people trying to clean our room. The building is torn apart on the other side not shown in the Expedia photo. "The location was very clean, smelled fine, and was a great location. It isnt right by Beale Street but an easy uber/drive. 4 bedrooms is a great plus. Two TV's in the main room/kitchen. The only thing not up to expectations was the back year. It is still nice, just a little morem used than the photos. I would book this house and this team again in a hear beat. "
