I know a lot of places have a 2pm check in, but they have to be realistic when you arrive at 1.15 and they take 10 min for paperwork and then say you have to wait till 2pm, when clearly the room is ready. "I stayed at this hostel for about 4 hours during the day instead of waiting at the airport. The shared room was nice and the bed comfortable. The Ac was on which was good. Everything thing was great. I will stay here next time at at the Phuket airport area."

"the property seems the cheapes among the others but the facility doesn't provide a common standard of hostels, the window showing the inside part with mirrors like a shop and so no curtain for the entrance part.. the noise is inside the facility cause not being defeated by any sound isolation, the window glass has only 1 layer the hostel asked me 200 Baht because I have used their bed sheet, asked for cleaning the bed sheet..this can be also asked by a hotel named Winrisa Place at the same...

"A wonderful good value place to stay in Phuket. The owner was so flexible and helpful when we had to make last minute changes to our itinerary due to cancelled flights, and it was so easy to make ferry bookings to visit the islands through them. They have WiFi, are centrally located right in downtown, and the rooms were clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again!"

I wish they changed your towel especially if you’re there for a longer stay (they charge 40 baht to change it), and the housekeeping in the rooms didn’t happen very often (the trash piled up for a couple days).
