"Cosy apartment close to Cleopatra beach. The bed was comfortable & the room was just right for singles or couples and has a spacious balcony. Shower looked like it has been refurbished recently & was large with hairdryer & great hot water pressure. Good value for money also."

"After an initial error caused by Hotels.com, the manager and team went out of their way to make my stay easy. They were very kind, and because of them I would stay there again. The property is in a fabulous location for buses, Kleopatra beach and the castle. There are sunny balconies, and they are very kind to cats which is so important to the European market. A+++++"

" Whilst checking in at the hotel I was informed that the hotel was closing in 2 days and that I would have to find alternative accommodation. I am unsure if Hotels.com had been made aware of this but I can say that I am very unhappy with the experience as the alternative hotel was inferior to my original choice, as a Platinum Member I would have to say that I have been let down."
