I am unsure if Hotels.com had been made aware of this but I can say that I am very unhappy with the experience as the alternative hotel was inferior to my original choice, as a Platinum Member I would have to say that I have been let down."

"Ada hotel is a unique hotel with amazing Meditaranian sea view. Very clean room, generouse breakfast , nice and friendly staff.But this is a hotel you should go in summer time not in rainy and cold weather.this hotel is convenient only for adults , not for children nor for people on wheelchair. Another thing is that this hotel is more accessible for people who have car as it is not inside the city . We enjoyed our stay in Ada hotel and I recommend this hotel to people who want to experiment an exciting and different stay in Alanya. Thank you Ada hotel!"
