"I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. Other than that, the staff were great, breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was meh, dinner was really nice at the stone restaurant. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "

"Excellent stay here. Breakfast was in included and really good. There was a restaurant at night and we really enjoyed the food. Rooms were comfortable but on the smaller side. Staff was amazing and very accommodating, beds were hard and they is down thing I think the owners should improve. Very walkable neighborhood. Beaches were 5 minutes away. Parking was easy to find. I would stay here again. "

"Place is clean and well kept. We were two families travelling together with teenage kids. One stayed in 2nd floor and other in the ground floor by the pool. The 2nd floor room was good with AC in bedroom and common area. Shower was very tiny but water came with good pressure. Room had fridge and balcony. "This property was beautiful! Right on the beach!!! Wonderful view of the sea from the room and patio! The room was tastefully decorated and everything was clean and welcoming. The hotel grounds had flowering landscaping and the whole atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The best part was that you could walk out of your room and be right on the sands of a lovely beach! "

"I booked 2 separate rooms believing the location was on Chania center as the map points to. But when we arrived to Chania and took a taxi, the location was much further out than we anticipated. Even right before I submitted my experience, the map still points to the center of Chania, but in all due respect, the staff were more than cordial and very helpful as they coordinated my excursions to the Samia Gorge and 3 more locations."

"Amazing value and fantastic staff. Tina was a standout. The food selection was diverse and they constantly restocked. I didn’t like the stairs in the maisonettes as they were very steep and didn’t feel safe. No lifts anywhere on the property. Overall we loved our stay. "

"Very helpful and friendly staff, and had own private beach as well as own parking lot, having a car was very helpful to get around as it was at least an hour away from tourist beaches which are a must see! The hotel strip had over a hundred restaurants to choose from. "

"The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."
