"Helt igennem perfekt ophold. Vi havde 2 vær. lejlighed i 2 etager - med fuld panorama udsigt. Adgang til solsenge på egen strand (som man dog skal betale for at benytte). Lille restaurant der serverer mad og drikkevarer. Virkelig god service. Eneste ting man skal være opmærksom på er at det kan være en udfordring for gangbesværede. Der er rigtig mange trapper. "

"I booked 2 separate rooms believing the location was on Chania center as the map points to. But when we arrived to Chania and took a taxi, the location was much further out than we anticipated. Even right before I submitted my experience, the map still points to the center of Chania, but in all due respect, the staff were more than cordial and very helpful as they coordinated my excursions to the Samia Gorge and 3 more locations."

"What an amazing hotel run by the most hard working, friendly and helpful people. All of the staff were brilliant, the hotel is super clean, with themed nights, differnt food which has so much choice. We stayed as 3 chikdren and 2 adults. We are plnat based adults which made it a little harder with not mcuh protien to eat but for a week we managed. They tried hard to accomodate but on 2 days we found it hard to be full up. We had alerted them to our food needs months before. Hotel quiet at night...

"Very helpful and friendly staff, and had own private beach as well as own parking lot, having a car was very helpful to get around as it was at least an hour away from tourist beaches which are a must see! The hotel strip had over a hundred restaurants to choose from. "

"The breakfast buffet definitely poor for a 5 star hotel, I was expecting fresh juices, only had pork, same 3 fruit options everyday and dry pastries. The beds were the worse, soo low, very uncomfortable and they make noises. The shower was tiny as well argh. And then one receptionist lady (Ioanna) if I remember her name correctly, wanted us to pay extra for parking just because, to qoute her "ooh because 5 euros is such a lot of money that you cannot pay it". "We had such a lovely stay here. One of the cleanest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in, it was spotless! Nice pool area with a bar on one side and a restaurant on the other side. Nice friendly staff. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance and a supermarkets nearby. We would definitely stay here again."
