"We had a rocky start but the Taj Mahal Tower went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Staff were very attentive and always checking to ensure their guests are having a pleasant experience. They value their customers and it shows in how they treat their guests. I would definitely come back and would recommend the hotel for a memorable experience. "It was distressing to look out of our room window and look down at the ramshackle tin roofs of a slum and see the inhabitants go about their daily lives right next to our 5 star hotel. This poor community clearly needs help. The wealthy 5 star hotels could surely pool their resources to construct a safe building and clear the unsafe precarious buildings. "

"The hotel is very nice but the streets around the hotel are disaster. I went for a walk and after 3 minutes I returned to the hotel. The hotel is attached to a mall which is the only place I felt ok to be. So I spent 6 days at the hotel but I was there for business and that was fine"

Abinav was also awesome, The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated and the ambience was exhilarating. The dining area and staff were welcoming and breakfast was exceptional.
