"Apartment was clean and comfortable. We didn’t have any housekeeping while we were there which was a bit of a pain as could have done with bins emptying etc. good location with a nice bakery down the road and Val d’europe shopping centre food court close by. It’s not luxury but is ideal for a Disney trip"

"We changed hotels to this hotel to save a bit of money and what a suprise it was! Beautiful clean spacious room with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the drive to disney was quick and simple. We will definitely stay here again."

"Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in September as a base to visit Paris. Was greeted by friendly staff on reception. Room was clean. Breakfast available. Water station in lobby to fill up your water bottles for days out which was great! Only gripe was that bed was quite uncomfortable due to being a sofa bed? Ideal base for exploring Paris. "A true 4 star property. Stayed for 8 nights and was told my room would be only cleaned/serviced once, mid-week…however, it was never cleaned for the entire 8 nights. Towels were flimsy and this was made obvious compared to the rest of the finishes which reflected a true 4 star quality. "The room was spacious with a kitchenette and good layout. It is quite far from the city centre but is manageable with the metro line. Hotel is located in a quiet local neighborhood. There are a number of local eateries. Staff's English is a bit limited but overall communication is sufficient "

"V. Good shower. Kitchen stove and utensils are very good and sufficient. Good amenities. However, Stairs to lift too steep n difficult to bring heavy luggage. It would be good if lift could be in ground floor. Room cleaning needed for daily. Spring mattress hurts the back. After a long trip, better bed cushions would make our stay even better. I really liked the neighborhood It had everything close by, from restaurants, supermarkets, boulangeries, small cheese and wine shops to the metro and buses a few minutes away, which connected well to the main center Paris attractions. Most magical hotel ever!

"From arriving to the front door, to checking out our stay was absolutely magical! The smell in the hotel is absolutely amazing and I think it just elevates the experience! The decorations throughout the hotel is absolutely wonderful and although they technically aren’t a Disney hotel I feel like they did a really wonderful job with all the decorations! The price wasn’t too cheap but wasn’t too expensive either. I feel like for a couple, it was worth it considering you get free shuttle rides to and from Disney! I find the times aren’t too accurate but was not really a big deal. Breakfast was included although not the best, it was fine! Enough to keep you filled and energised walking through the parks. The toilets could do with a bit of renovating as it was a little outdated but nothing too serious! The bar in reception served really good food and had coffee (Starbucks). The view from my room was absolutely spectacular hopefully that’s what we get the next time we stay! It was so easy to store luggage’s with them as well after we have checked out so we could explore Paris and the Disney village. MOST of the staff were very nice and helpful except for one member of staff during the day in reception called (Em__) fill out the letters however you want. She was snotty with me and my friends while checking in AND out so I don’t know what her problem is. It was the only complaint to an otherwise magical stay! I would highly recommend this hotel!"
