"The house is gorgeous, the kids loved the rooms and the resort facilities. I would easily have given a 4 or even a 5 star overall rating if it wasn’t for the following: 1. Before booking I noticed a number of reviews mentioning the fridge not working properly. I made an enquiry about it was told there was no issue. When we got there however we quickly discovered the fridge was basically room temperature, and the freezer was only cold enough to store milk, drinks (we stored icecream and it all...
