"I like that the residence had a kitchen so it offers some flexibility. However on the second day the air conditioner broke and the staff was hesitant to listen to me and my husband concern. "Friendly and professional staff. Duplex apartment was nice with its own kitchenette. However there was no running hot water, it only comes in a bucket on request. Also there’s no choice of breakfast, you eat what they serve. I would have thought buffet breakfast would be in place for a place that pricey. "
