"This property is outstanding. I actually stayed at the Imperial Suites on the beach, which is across from the Presidential Suites after 1 day. I loved the Imperial Suites very much. But the Beach view of the Imperial Suites convinced me to change the next day. But the Staff and the openness to everything was outstanding. I loved everything about this hotel. The food in the restaurant was just okay. It did not have a lot of offerings for my taste. But there are restaurants up and down the beach. I cannot say enough how safe I felt here. I felt safe enough that I slept with my balcony doors open throughout the night."

"This is our second time staying here. Both times there was construction going on next door however, it’s not too bad and Is expected to end soon, it’s negligible for how great the property is. After staying at other places around the area, this is by far our favorite and will continue to stay here every time we come back. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and kept up and feels very safe (security throughout the property). They will even help you launch and land your kite on the beach. "

"Hotel and beach are always spotlessly clean (wish it were that way at home). During our 9-day stay, my wife and I always ate in the large buffet restaurant because we enjoy eating. The offerings changed daily and were delicious. The staff and servers could not have been nicer and were fluent in English. We want to thank Yoni, in particular, for overseeing our complete stay. Fun shows every night with talented dancers and an incredible gymnast. There is a unique offering at this resort- beach entertainment. That being watching the kite surfers. The beach can become uncomfortable on red flag days (we had two), but the magnificent pool is there as a backup. Palm trees, instead of umbrellas, make the tropical venue complete. My only caution would be that rough waves make ocean swimming too challenging for some. We were offered a large money saving, multiple stay at many Viva resort location that we would have considered at a younger and healthier time. Don't be afraid to investigate it- there's no strongarming or hard-sell. Actually, we enjoyed our conversations with their salespersons, Brian and Oliver. Hope to return next year."

"We were extremely impressed with the hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was extremely friendly. We encountered 4 days of non stop rain so we did not venture out to eat anywhere else and the food at the hotel was consistently great. We did ziplining and went to the monkey jungle, which completed our trip! We would go back in a heartbeat!! "
