"Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico. "

"We were visiting Chico for an event and this lovely place happened to be right down the street. If the weather had been better, we'd been able to take advantage of the park, right across the street! The unit was private, very nicely appointed, and had a comfortable king-sized bed. Perfect for our visit."

"We were just in town for a show downtown but this loft was a perfect distance from that for us to have a peaceful rest. The beds were comfortable and check-in was easy. Even the parking situation was idea for my large truck. "

"The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos provided. The host was very quick to respond to my questions. We arrived a little earlier than our check in time, I asked the host if we could get in early. The host was quick to respond and allowed us early access, which was very appreciated. The beds and furniture was very comfortable. I will definitely rent this house next time we are in town. Great experience."
