"We had a delightful time in this home!! We were greeted by a wonderful basket of goodies, slept in comfy beds and enjoyed the small touches of hospitality throughout the bedrooms/bathrooms. Everything was super clean with new flooring throughout !! We enjoyed sitting outside under the pines while our pup could wander around wherever she wanted in the large fenced backyard. We will definitely return!! A five star place for sure!!"

"It is certainly a cozy cabin with all you need. Located close to a lot of restaurants and things to do, it was also quiet. Not a sign of cockroaches to reference the last review. "

"Had a great time at the property. Plenty of room. Great recreation opportunities - Golfing and hiking. Chester is a fun little town. Not all the crowds you get in many other areas"

"Nice and cozy older home located between Mt. Lassen and Lake Almanor. Good quiet place with spacious bedrooms. It's an older home so don't expect anything fancy, but it has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Owner was very nice a helpful. We'll definitely be returning in the future."

"My friend and our two 13-year olds needed a place with enough beds (this was perfect - the boys got the two twin beds), within walking distance of downtown (about 2 miles) and somewhere safe so the boys could wander around without us. They really enjoyed being independent. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The house was very clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated.
