"The only issue was that we was only staying one night. Cannot recommend this enough. Owners are charming & nothing is too much trouble. We pre ordered an evening meal, which was delicious. Breakfast was excellent too When we travel through France again, we will definitely come back"

"Very comfortable, with an amazing pool and beautiful views across the vineyards. Lots of space and different places to have coffee and drink rose! Very well maintained and equipped. Lovely terrace for BBQ and nice garden. Pailhes is well located near Beziers and lots of other activities. A/C is a real bonus in hot weather. The host is incredibly helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property for a lovely relaxing holiday. "

"I just stayed with 6 adults and 2 babies, using 5 bedrooms. Great indoor space and two outdoor areas, one under vine tree and another with a canopy. The pool area is very safe, with gates and very child safe. The pool is awesome and we spent many days here, just chilling. At the pool area there is a shaded area, which have three large ratton sofas. The house is at the edge of a village, with a decent bakery, a Lidl (with 80Kw EV chargers, always available). The village is surrounded by vineyards and you can see Christine’s family vineyard from the house, highly recommend their vine, great rural views. The beaches are 30mins away, and not too crowded. All rooms on ground floor have Air Con and Air Con on first floor. Beautiful house, highly recommend and Christine is very attentive of you have any queries. In summary the house has all you need, it’s very high standard and has all you will need for a great holiday. It’s 5 star, you will not regret booking it 5 ⭐️"

"So the property was filthy. Brown stained toilets dirty pool and although “ dog friendly” there was rat poison left where my dog could eat it. Which she did, expensive trip to vets and nearly came home without my beloved dog. We all got sick two days into our different stays and the owner did not apologise or take responsibility. Much photo and video evidence gathered happy to post. Come on Vrbo sort it out"

"We had a night here and its a room in the owners house, never been in to a b@b like this before but the owners are absolute diamonds and cant say how lovely and friendly they are. The accommodation is spotlessly clean the breakfast was superb and we will be going back here again they were so helpful and it is in such a lovely location. We loved it."
