I was a solo female traveller and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting me with how to operate the air conditioning and where to find food and taxis. The room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. Recommended for a short stopover. "

"Absolutely amazing, So comfy and a few steps away from the centre of Cardiff. Shops, bars, nightlife plus Cardiff museum, Castle. Every member of staff we met were so friendly and welcoming. Rose in the Restaurant was an absolute delight. All the staff members were top notch! Rooms are designed really well, bathroom has everything needed. Bed comfy and love the comforter 💕 Hairdryer was good and saves bringing own. Plenty of tea, coffee etc and fridge has bottled water. Breakfast is very good,...
