"Very beautiful and comfortable suite with personal pool. This has a small kitchen but has no plates, bowls, eating or cooking utensils? Should at least have bottle opener/cork screw for romatic drinks. This is good for secluded retreat. Not good area if you want to walk and shop and eat and drink. Nowhere to walk to. Last morning water too low to take shower??? I think isolated event. Not normal. Very nice place to stay for seclusion and romance."

"The reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff went above and beyond to assist us with extra things we needed. Room was comfortable and staff were very accommodating. Not sure it’s still 4star though."

The property was perfectly located for us and we looked forward to enjoying relaxing by the pool, but the pool has not been taken care of in a very long time and is not suitable for swimming. The entire property is not being looked after. The room was 'ready' but not clean. I think it had just been made up after the last person and left as it. They had clearly not had a guest there in some time. No staff around and no management. This property...

"Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was excellent. Very convenient location, can walk to most everything. AC didn't work right, couldn't cool down room, but temp was mostly fine. Not enough english movie or tv show channels. "

Siripanna Villa Resort & Spa Chiang Mai -

"We reserved a room with a private plunge pool, but the filter was broken so we couldn’t use it The staff was great about apologizing - they have us a 2000 baht food credit and a bottle of champagne. The spa is amazing - the hotel staff is excellent Beautiful hotel Area around it is a little sketchy "

"The property was in a good location. Walkable to the main streets and but away from the noisey areas. Overall the property was well maintained and staff was friendly, however the only flaw was the the property condition was a little rundown. There was some stains on furniture and crack near the bathroom sink."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, in a great location. Walk to everything and beds were an Absolutely dream. Highly recommend this hotel, and the pool and happy hour were great as well. They also left me a piece of cake in the refrigerator for my birthday, so sweet🥰❤️"

"This place was gorgeous and clean, with very friendly staff. They do laundry at 100 baht/kilo, which was nice for our mid-trip need. The breakfast was free and SO yummy with tons of hot and cold options(salad bar, fruit, etc.), coffee machine for cappuccinos and lattes, and bottled water provided. Quick 15 min taxi to the airport and 10 minute to the Night Bazaars in chiang mai! Definitely taxi at night as it is a quiet, dark area after hours. We were sad to leave!"

Excellent stay

"The hotel is certainly a jewel in the town. Luxury and comfort interiors. Very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Love the rooftop sky bar. Staffs were well trained, helpful, friendly and nice. Hotel is close walking distance to night markets and short grab ride to old town. Certainly, I will go back again."
