"It was a beautiful hotel. It is set on a little farm with beautiful flowers and a pond. The accommodations were nice and comfortable. There was a/c, but the wifi wasn't working. Breakfast is included. The only major issue is that when you put in Bhupimarn Garden House as a location in google maps, it takes you to the middle of Chiang Mai City, not Chom Thong. So, beware! Super sweet people that run the place, even if they don't speak English. The lady had to call her son, who speaks English....

"The hotel was very spacious, close to the resort cafe and reception and within walking distance to the riverbed and sanctuary. It had good amenities with a large outdoor shower with shower gel/ shampoo and toilet paper. In the bed room there was bottled water and kettle for teas or coffees, homemade mosquito repellent and soap bar, there was also a hair dryer and a mosquito net which was an extra bonus. "Surrounding environment is great with great small pool (lake) within hotel area. Nonetheless, room is quite old and not so clean. There are several spider web and tiny spiders in the room. And also some lizards and a glass hopper. My girlfriend is not ok about it, but I’m ok.The breakfast is local northern Thai style which is awesome.Overall, it’s worth for money, great view, but not friendly to the one who hates insects."

"We had booked 6 nights, but only stayed 1 . It was so hot there that we couldn't sleep, no a.c just funs which blow hot air , not cooling at all. Next door neighbour had pigs, which makes very loud noises all night and cooks too. Don't take me wrong the place looks very charming and lovely, if someone likes nature/ basic accommodation but it wasn't for us., especially for our 9 year old. We stayed there at April where temp. "It was very difficult to get there, since google does not have any registered “elephant b&b.” Right out of the airport, ask to be taken to 3pok, and that’s where the hotel is.
