"We recently spent a long weekend at Buckhorn Lodge. Our primary reason for choosing it was the mountain location and 57 acres. Even going in with high expectations, they were exceeded!The lodge itself is a great blend of rustic and comfortable, up on a ridge with a great view. The real star however was the property. We never left the property and spent our days hiking and exploring. According to my GPS watch, there's nearly 4 miles of gravel roads and hiking trails, including a favorite trail...

"Very remote and quiet.Never slept so good and it was a very well made little cabin.Owners have thought of everything! it even came with condiments in the refrigerator and cabinets. Comfortable furniture and bed.Angela & Dan were very responsive and they just asked for simple respect for there property and we had no problems with any of that or the neighbors.We will go again!Thanks Dan and Angela"
