"Our check in was good, front desk clerk was very nice but as we were going to bed another family unlocked our door and tried to enter. Thankfully we had the security bolt in place but it was unsettling and disruptive! Someone had given our room to another family! In these days of so many security checks in place, this should not have happened! I expected better from a national company like Holiday Inn! We paid $200 to be unsafe in our room! "The room was clean, but had a very musty smell to it. It was a “non smoking” room, but the rooms around it must have been smoking rooms because I could smell smoke from time to time. The towels were very thin and the stopper in the tub did not work. The next morning, the cable was out for awhile and when it came back on was only working for the network channels."

"This property was very cute and super clean. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The room was small but manageable. The only two things I would've liked a little differently was if the bathroom tub was converted to a shower. It's a long step down to the floor and if the air conditioner didn't cycle off for as long as it does. We keep the room as cold as possible, and the room warms too much before the air cycles on again to cool down. "
